The 45 years' Rat Race

Do you know the 45 year plan? 



Here is an amazing fact. Karamihan ng tao sa edad na 20's ay nagtatrabaho to have a better life. Makabili ng pagkain, damit, bahay, furnitures, appliances, pangsuporta sa pamilya at makarating sa iba't ibang lugar bakasyonan. Magtatrabaho sila ng 45 years upang makamit ang kanilang mga pangarap, kasama dito ang mapaghandaan ang retirement.

Ngunit, ganun pa man, ayon sa istatistika, sa bawat 100 tao na dumating sa edad na 65:

• 1% ang yumaman - marahil ay nagmana sila ng yaman o nagmay-ari sila ng kanilang sariling negosyo.

• 4% are financially fit or independent.

• 5% are still Working.

• 28% are dead - probably they work themselves to death (inuuna ang trabaho kaysa sa sariling kalusogan, naaksidente, natural death).

• 62% are just flat broke - living paycheck to paycheck, umaasa nalang ng tulong sa gobyerno, kamag-anak, or charity.

Biruin mo, after 45 years of hard work, 95% of people didn't make it. They thread back and fort, between home and work. Simply trading time, health, and energy for money. Creating a RAT to bury their hopes and dreams.

Karamihan ng tao ay hindi ginustong mapabilang sa 95%, ngunit huli na ng napagtanto nila na they are stuck, nahulog sa kumunoy ng kalungkutan, pagbabayad ng utility bills, utang sa bangko o credit card, at nabubuhay nalang sa katiting na sustento.

The reason is... 95% of people spent up to 45 years of their life making the other 5% successful. They work a plan for someone's else's financial success, NOT their own. Ito ang buhay ng empleyado, the Rat Race.

Ngayon, what are your options to get out of the Rat Race? What are your options to earn additional income? What is your Plan B? 

•  Work more hours
•  Get a second job
•  Own your own business

Of the 5% who succeeds, 3 out of 4 do so by owning their own business. Alam ko na mas pipiliin mo yong pangatlo. Kaya ngayon, anong klaseng negosyo naman ang iyong uumpisahan?

•  Would you buy a franchise?
•  Would you join a multi-level or network marketing company?

What are the RISK?

Large startup EXPENSES and high overhead cost. Can you give up the SECURITY of your present job and income? Then there's the possibility of FAILURE and bankruptcy.

But even you do succeed, you are STUCK to your business! 

•  What about INVESTMENT? Add the expertise of real state or stocks and inheritance? 
•  Go back to school? 
•  Win the lottery?  

Although there are options, they are unrealistics, parang impossible. They take too much TIME and require too much MONEY.. 

But there is a way out... 

There is an alternative to 45 year plan...
